  • Are you aware of the planning application for a chicken farm between Fring and Sedgeford? Looks nasty from down here! I joined the Trust at its inception but have only just found the webpage. Emailed Johnathan yesterday but no reply.

Thank you for your message. Yes we are aware of the chicken farm application and we are looking into it. I hope you like the website.

      Kind regards

  • Dear Sir/Madam,

A friend of mine has mentioned that you do a monthly Sunday River Walk.

Would you kindly forward some information, so that I may join the walks.

I look forward to hearing from you in due course.

    Yours faithfully,

    • Dear Angela,
Thank you for your message. Unfortunately we do not do regular monthly walks. We may be organising some river walks in the future so please keep an eye on our website.

      Kind regards

  • Hi, I’m sure someone is already aware but whilst out walking today at Blickling and the Weavers Way I spotted a Signal Crayfish in the Scarrowbeck river. Also I wondered if the trust’s attention had been brought to the proposed cable route affecting the main source of the river Glaven at Lower Bodham, it’s effects are predicted to be devastating on the environment surrounding the tributary with loss of ancient hedgerows etc.
    Many thanks.

    Adam Jones
    • Dear Adam,
yes thank you we are aware of both, unfortunately and we are working where we can with other organisations to oppose the cable route, due to the presence of the White clawed crayfish in the River Glaven.

Kind regards and thanks for your input.
