The Weybourne Beck Catchment Plan
Thursday October 8th, 2015
We are currently working on a catchment plan to look into restoration options for Spring Beck (aka Weybourne Beck); a little-known example of one of Norfolk’s valuable chalk streams. This plan will outline problems with the stream and will discuss restoration opportunities, which may improve aquatic habitats and lead to an increase in both the abundance and diversity of associated flora and fauna.
If you have any information about the geological or human history of Spring Beck, or have knowledge of its associated ecology, we would love to hear from you! Please contact us on [email protected].
