North Creake: mixing up the flow
An opportunity arose to restore a section of the River Burn at North Creake. Small faggots were installed in the channel to create a varied water flow and diversify the river habitat.
We are most grateful to The Creake Abbey Trust for making this project happen, and hope that further works will be initiated in the near future.
