Re-awakening the river at Snoring
Work took place on the Stiffkey near Little Snoring to diversify a dark and canalised stretch of the river. Meanders were formed using large woody debris that was cut from the bank. As well as creating some deeper pool sections, this work will allow light to reach the river.
